Robertino Dujela was born on November 12th, 1971 in Zadar. He is married and has three children.
He holds a degree in electrical engineering. He began his professional career in 1995 at Hrvatski Telekom, where he worked on the maintenance and development of complex network systems and service platforms through various technical functions. He participated in technical support, infrastructural transformation and upgrade projects, as well as in professional development in cooperation with renowned technology companies such as Ericsson, Cisco, Extreme Networks and Juniper. During his employment at HT, he successfully completed the one-year program of the HT Technical Academy with an emphasis on strategic planning, finance, regulation and project management.
Since 2016, he has been moving to public administration, where he has taken on key responsibilities in the local self-government system of the City of Zadar. He first held the position of Deputy Head, and since 2017, he has been Head of the Administrative Department for Communal Affairs and Environmental Protection. In this role, he is responsible for planning, leading and coordinating tasks of the highest level of complexity and for resolving strategic issues within the local administration. His work includes improving the organization, communicating with county and state authorities, as well as being responsible for the legality and financial sustainability of the administrative department's work. Moreover, since 2013, he has served as the President of the Supervisory Board of Vodovod Zadar d.o.o., contributing to the strategic management and development of water supply infrastructure in the region.
During his professional career, he has developed strong skills in strategic and operational management, knowledge of complex network and infrastructure systems, as well as a strong ability to work in a team, creatively solve problems and manage changes. He actively speaks and writes English and has a wide network of business contacts, both in the public and private sectors.
In addition to his business engagement, Robertino Dujela was also active in sports - as a football referee in the first Croatian Football League (2002 - 2012), he was also a FIFA badge holder (2007 - 2009), and from 2013 to the present time he has been a referee instructor / controller at the Croatian Football Federation.
In June 2025, he was elected the Deputy Prefect of Zadar County.
